Have you ever forgotten to set your out-of-office message in Outlook, and then had people emailing you while you were away? Well, fear no more! With absentify, you can enable automatic out-of-office replies in Outlook, so that people will know you're away even if you forgot to set the automatic reply yourself.
Here's how it works:
On the day that you're absent, absentify will automatically set your out-of-office message in Outlook, based on your working hours. When you're back from your vacation, the message will be turned off again. You can also customize your out-of-office message individually for each leave type with placeholders so that it will look just the way you want it.

Create automatic out of office replies in Outlook
You can store an absence message in Outlook so that internal, as well as external employees, know that you are absent. This message is also displayed in Microsoft Teams. As is often the case, most people forget to set this up, but you won’t have to worry about that anymore since absentify will set it automatically for you - whether you’re only absent for a day or a week-long vacation. Depending on your hours, this feature in absentify will be activated while you’re away and switched off again once you’re back in the office. Each employee can configure their own template based on how they want to message to look like, and that’s what the placeholders are for.
