What’s New?

Admins and department managers can now easily create group absence requests for entire teams or the whole company. This is perfect for company-wide holidays like Christmas vacation. With this feature, absences will be automatically scheduled for all relevant employees.

- Streamlined Absence Management: Quickly set company-wide holidays without needing to handle individual requests.

- Automated Application: Absences are applied automatically, making it easier to manage large teams.

- Approval Workflow: If an approval process is set up for the absence type, it will still be followed as usual, ensuring that everything remains in line with your company’s policies.

Availability:

This feature is available starting from the Essentials Plan.

Important Note:

When creating group absences, if an employee doesn’t have enough leave balance or already has another absence scheduled, they will be skipped. You’ll receive a detailed report showing which absences were successfully created. Additionally, please be aware that the maximum number of absences per department will be taken into account.
