    Would be great to add an additional filter on the "Overview" for "Working Elsewhere". This would also match what is showing in Teams/Outlook. Currently it can get confusing when someone filters with "Absent Today", but they are just working remotely.

  4. Bank Holidays in the UK 26/27 aren't right

    Dear Team, I am forward planning for holiday and Christmas leave for the year 2026/2027, however I've noticed that the bank holidays are entered incorrectly for the UK. December 26th lands on a Saturday, therefore this should be moved to Monday 28th December. Plus, January 1st 2027 doesn't show as a bank holiday at all. Please can these be corrected. Thanks

    Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

    I think the user should have the choice of, in their team calendar, to: Fully display the birthday (day / month / year) Only the date part (day / month) Do not display it at all

    I would like to request the implementation of an additional role hierarchy above department managers. This hierarchy would allow for representing the executive level, which may not necessarily require the administrator role. The new role should have the following capabilities: -Additional Permissions: Overview of all departments and employees -Equivalent Permissions to Department Managers

  9. Delegation of Approval Rights to Representatives During Absences

    This feature would allow managers to assign a representative who can take over approval responsibilities during their absence (e.g., vacation). It ensures that absence requests from team members are not delayed due to unavailable approvers. The representative should be able to approve or reject requests within the same workflow, with clear visibility and auditability. This is especially useful in larger teams or during peak holiday seasons, where uninterrupted approval processes are critical. As a potential future enhancement, an API-accessible variable for the "approval representative" could be introduced, allowing organizations to automate the delegation process and integrate it seamlessly into their internal systems.

  10. Ability to create Allowances based on years since onboarding

    The number of days of leave allowance are dependant on the number of years worked at the company. It would be a great feature if we could automate this process. As an example, a new employee by default has 10 days allowance but the allowance increases to 15 after 3 years.

  11. "Planning mode"

    Add a "planning mode" toggle to the leave request form so that employees can enter "draft" leaves and plan for their year. Ideally, there would then be a button to convert a draft leave into an actual request.

  12. Auto calculate long service

    Hi, we offer 1 additional day after 3 years service which increases by 1 day each year. Is there an option for this to auto calculate by adding a rule for example looking at the start date? Thanks

  13. Integrate the option that cancelling future leave needs to go through a Manager approval process

    In Germany (and surely many other European countries), employers are allowed to deny the cancellation of leave (unless it is due to illness). It would be great if we could have the cancellation of future leave days go through an approval process just like applying for leave.

  14. Display Full Department Name on Overview

    The current Overview UI does not show the full department name when only 1 department is selected. Instead of hovering to the drop-down list every time, utilizing the white space to show the full department name will be a great UI/UX improvement

  15. Staff Working Hours, Headcount and FTE

    Have a function where you can add staffs weekly working hours, not just working patterns. Be able to run reports to show what a departments headcount, FTE or total hours are or a whole business.
