Dear team, in each country the law allows a carry over period of the unused holiday balance to the new year, and currently the carry over period expiration is only set to 11 months, but if I take example of our situation we should be able to implement expiration of the carry over to 5 years timeframe expiration. Can you please consider this implementation ?

It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

It would be great to have an app so that employees could easily request of through app.

Have the ability to change user details in bulk, vs one by one.

Add a toggle in the Absence Type Settings called “Representative-eligible.” When enabled, employees with this leave type (e.g. Home Office, Business Trip) remain available as representatives. When disabled, they’re treated as unavailable (e.g. Vacation, Sick Leave). This logic would also respect the existing Representative Requirement settings for each leave type.

Wondering whether it'd be possible to input your own icons for holiday types. For example, and Aeroplane. Would be a nice little touch

Ich möchte gerne in Diagramm Ansicht und auch in der Zeitachse sehen wie mein Team ausgelastet ist. Dafür würde ich gerne die Anwesenheitszeiten von absentify und die Aufgaben im Planner zusammenführen. wichtig wäre eine Übersicht wie jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ausgelastet ist, wie viel Kapazität jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter noch zur Verfügung hat. Und wer ggf. überlastet ist. und auch ob die angegebenen Endtermine der Aufgaben eingehalten werden können. Auch eine Übersicht der Gesamten Kapazität in Abgleich mit noch nicht zugewiesenen Aufgaben und bereits zugewiesenen Aufgaben wäre sehr gut zu haben. Damit man einen Überblick erhält, ob genügend Arbeit in der Abteilung vorhanden ist. Also eine Grobauslastung mit summe Verfügbare Stunden im Vergleich zu Summe verplante Stunden und summe nicht zugewiesene Stunden. Vorzugsweise diese Anzeige auf die Kalenderwoche unterteilt.

There should be a possibility to add an additional approval step for certain leave types. Currently you can only adjust the approval steps for each employee in general.

We have options to let us know about appointments (which are often short in timespan) but these could be during a WFH day, so it becomes impossible to record both.

We nee a User Role that is able to adjust abscences for Employees without beein part of a department. We have like 6 departments that are handled by one person and she has to be part of every department at the moment to do that.
