  2. Customizable text in OOO signatures

    Hi all, Our formatting for the mail signatures is different from the mail body formatting. It is smaller and has a different color. It would be really nice and would look more professional if the formatting of the out-of-office text could be edited. So the text would be standard formatting and our signature would be a different formatting. Directly in Outlook, this is possible. Unfortunately, today this is not possible with the absentify out-of-office integration. Thanks and best regards, Reto

  3. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

  4. Exclude approver from department

    I am responsible for vacation approval for several departments. Each department needs its own approver. Unfortunately, this means that I have to be a member of each department. As soon as I enter a vacation day myself, my vacation is deducted from the quota in ALL departments.

  5. Admin Override 'Maximum Absent' Requests

    Admin's should be able to submit leave requests on behalf of staff members that would breach the 'Maximum Absent' rules.

  6. Rolling 12 months totals for some absence

    Our contracts limit sick days to a set number before reductions in full pay but these need to be on a rolling basis of sick days, not just annually with a reset each year. Not looking for huge change, even just on the individuals summary page where it shows totals, maybe a rolling section too?

  7. The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them

    I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

  10. Multiple entry to same period

    We will need to be able to add multiple entries (hours, half or full day) in the same period. For example a user can be in an project for the day (no deduction) but also be noted that he will be on phone support (on-call duty). This possibility would be greatly appreciated.

  11. Formatierungsmöglichkeiten der Abwesenheitsnotiz

    Aktuell werden keine Formierungen außer Fett, Kursiv, unterstrichen und durchgestrichen übernommen. Da absentify Outlook überschreibt und Outlook diese Funktionen hat, sieht es im Moment für den Empfänger der E-Mail sehr unübersichtlich bei längeren Texten aus. Somit ist diese Funktion leider nicht nutzbar. Es werden auch keine Leerzeilen übernommen. Das ist eine sehr wünschenswerte Funktion

  12. Calender visible before start date and after end date

    Why there is calender before start date and after end date for every employee. Why leaves can be marked before he was even joined! Same problem is there after end date! Dates must be grayed out beyond employee's tenure and must not be accesible! It's hard to identify as well when someone have joined and left unless i check it in settings as an admin.

  13. Overtime and recovery hours

    Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

    When a user wants to cancel an absence, the approver must also accept or refuse the cancellation

  15. New setting: Minimum presence in a department

    The aim is to have a minimum number of people to be present in each department. The "maximum absent" function is not working on this if there is for example a department wird 3 persons, 1 working 5 days a week, 1 working on Mon and Tue and the third one working on Wed to Fri.
