  1. Leave Type - Extra Privacy

    Would it be possible to hide the 'reason' for regular users. We understand that we could just turn on the privacy feature. The issue with that is we would want a regular user to see if the person would be working remotely or just off for illness/vacation. Currently if someone were to write that they are off due to an illness, this could violate our HR policies. Please consider hiding the reason or not allowing this to pop up for a user. Thank you!

  2. Secondary Drop Down for Leave Type

    Our company was wondering if it would be possible to add a secondary drop down for each leave type. For example, our company allows you to work from home for illness, appointments, car problems, etc., so it would be a great improvement for the employee to be able to then select the reason they are working from home from a secondary drop down. The reason we would want this over the employee just adding the reason is because we would want to be able to still filter to the reason in the Export file. Thank you!

  3. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

    The user may have long term plans which require immediate reservations. EG - Their wedding, or hospital appointments.

  5. Daily absence overview via teams bot

    Get a daily message who is absent from the team. You do not have to start absentify. You are informed directly in the morning.

  6. Allow approvers to quickly have an overview of the week of a user's new request.

    Approvers must go forward months to see the number of approved time off for the week of the new user request. At the start of the year, this can potentially be twelve clicks to get to December. It would be useful for the 'Approve or Decline' link in the request email to go the Requests page. Once on the Requests page, a quick way to view the week of the new user request would be useful. This could either be a 'View in Calendar' button next to 'Approve' and 'Decline' buttons on the Requests page. The button could go to the Overview page filtered to the user's department, starting at the start of the date range of the new user request. Another option is to have a way of expanding the new user request on the Requests page to show a snippet of the calendar with details of the approved time off. Thanks.

  7. New setting: Minimum presence in a department

    The aim is to have a minimum number of people to be present in each department. The "maximum absent" function is not working on this if there is for example a department wird 3 persons, 1 working 5 days a week, 1 working on Mon and Tue and the third one working on Wed to Fri.

  8. Accrual PTO - Companies that give out time off based on time worked.

    Currently we have one pot for time off/sick/personal day & etc. We payout 5 hours each paycheck which equals to 10 hours a month. This allows new hires to not have to wait 3-6 months for them to receive PTO hours. They can use it as they earn or store it all away for a large time off/cushion for sick days/etc. It would be nice for the system to automatically add 5 hours of PTO on the 15th and 30th (or last day of the month) of each month and not have to manually add it for employees. For example: Beth starts on February 1st and has 0 PTO hours, by February 28th she now has a total of 10 PTO hours that she can use for a day off or a sick day or store it up for a longer period off.

  9. Recurring events/appointments as a series

    Would like to be able to create a series of an appointment/s like Outlook allows us to.

  10. request is pending till approved

    User request for holiday should not change their allowance balance until the request is approved. plus the icon should be a pending request icon which changes to an approved request icon help the user visually see if their request has been approved - they may miss the email.

  11. Blockoutdates

    Due to events in the year, it would be useful to define dates when vacations cannot be taken. It would be useful if it can be defined which type of absences cannot be taken during the blocking dates.

  12. Differentiation of who may approve which type of absence.

    Some absence types should only be released or recorded by admins and not by managers.

  13. Colorize employees to diferentiate type of employees

    The idea would be to see more clearly certain types of users, by seeing colors attached to them (or icons as in the type of leaves), for example, employees that are off site or on site.

  14. Select the days displayed in Overview

    Allow for custom selection of period in the overview page. Currently, it's based on space available and rolls over between months and even weeks kind of randomly. Makes it tricky for users to enter dates across a whole week. It also doesn't align with traditional pay periods (weekly, semi-monthly or monthly).

  15. Erweiterung Insights

    Es wäre sinnvoll den Bereich Insights zu erweitern. Neben der Abteilungssicht wäre es gut, wenn man für die einzelnen Benutzer auch eine Auswertung anklicken kann. Dadurch ermöglicht man den Abteilungsleitern eine bessere Auswertung der Mitarbeiter. Dies ist hilfreich für die Jahres- und Personalgespräche, da man auf einen Blick sowohl die Urlaubs-,Krankheits-, Home-Office, Außendiensteinsätze etc hat. Zusätzlich sollte man die Statistik und Grafik auch als pdf herunterladen können.
