Implementing a Deadline Policy for Leave Requests
Limit the period during which users can submit leave requests starting from the current day. For example, setting a limit of 2 days means users are unable to request leave for the next two days. This functionality allows administrators adequate time to review pending requests, automatically rejecting those made on short notice.

Blockoutdates
Due to events in the year, it would be useful to define dates when vacations cannot be taken. It would be useful if it can be defined which type of absences cannot be taken during the blocking dates.

Accruing time off in lieu
It would be great for employees to be able to log extra hours works (i.e. on weekends or evenings) and for that to accumulate towards half days or full days off in lieu. Currently we can book TOIL but there is no log of how much TOIL has been accrued.

The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them
I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

Set Allowance to move forward based on when employment starts
There seems to be no way to set when time off allowances and how they move forward per person. our policy is to give vacation days based on when the person started employment. Perhaps I'm missing something, if so It's not clear how to accomplish this.

Schedule for 2 weeks or 1 month
Currently the schedule is set for a weekly pattern. We have some people who work a 9 day fortnight, so to show this in absentify we have to at a new schedule for each week of the year, which is a pain to set up! If the schedule could have an option to set specific rules (i.e. this person is off every other Friday) or a schedule over multiple weeks that would be amazing!

Set maximum leave limits
Give admins the capability to set maximum leave limits for each leave type to ensure that users cannot request leave beyond the predefined maximum number of days per request. For example, users can only take 3 days off in a row at any given time of a certain leave type.

Rolling 12 months totals for some absence
Our contracts limit sick days to a set number before reductions in full pay but these need to be on a rolling basis of sick days, not just annually with a reset each year. Not looking for huge change, even just on the individuals summary page where it shows totals, maybe a rolling section too?

Show Home Office Days (not real but physically absence) in a different way.
Hello Team, for us Home Office is not a real absence but necassary to show for each employee in the overview. For that it would be nice to have a different sign like a little spot in the corner or a colored line on a day in the calandar view (instead of an icon and a full colored square). So the Home Office days would be shown different from the other absence reasons. At the end Home Office is a little differrent to other leave rules. Same thoughts maybe for standby or on-call-services as a special kind of presence shown in the overview.

Allow manual entry of holidays to be set to reoccuring
we close our office the days between Christmas and and New Years day. We manually add these dates, but we have to add them for each and every year.

More flexible leave duration options
Some employees are requesting leave for just a few hours, such as for doctorβs appointments. Currently, the available options are limited to either a half day or a full day. Would it be possible to include more flexible leave duration options?

expiration of holiday
We should be able to distinguish the expiration from one department to another. For instance, on my end each department is a country and in each country expiration of holidays are different, but currently if I set up an expiration duration it applies to all department and I cannot personalized or set it up per department

Add public holidays not available in the calendar
Allow admins to add vacations that are already scheduled but are not part of the existing holidays for our region.
