  1. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

  2. The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them

    I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

    Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

  5. Set Allowance to move forward based on when employment starts

    There seems to be no way to set when time off allowances and how they move forward per person. our policy is to give vacation days based on when the person started employment. Perhaps I'm missing something, if so It's not clear how to accomplish this.

  6. Representative logic

    Not only the approver has to approve an absence request. It is also possible to configure that a substitute must be selected for each request. It can be configured whether the requester can select a substitute from a pool, or whether he or she is free to choose one. In this process, the representative gets a request when the representative approves, only then the request goes to the approver.

  7. Print out period- all absents

    Really need a function where you can print out (pdf?) all absences for a period, eg week or month.

  8. New setting: Minimum presence in a department

    The aim is to have a minimum number of people to be present in each department. The "maximum absent" function is not working on this if there is for example a department wird 3 persons, 1 working 5 days a week, 1 working on Mon and Tue and the third one working on Wed to Fri.

    It would be nice if you could select and display by weeks and months in the "My Calendar View" and the "Overview".

  11. Schedule for 2 weeks or 1 month

    Currently the schedule is set for a weekly pattern. We have some people who work a 9 day fortnight, so to show this in absentify we have to at a new schedule for each week of the year, which is a pain to set up! If the schedule could have an option to set specific rules (i.e. this person is off every other Friday) or a schedule over multiple weeks that would be amazing!

  12. All-Day option (8 hours) when creating a requst.

    We have a few leave types with different duration units (Days, Half days, 15 minutes). When creating a full-day absent request with a leave type that has a unit of 15 minutes (or half days), the user has to manually select the start time and end time to add up to 8 hours. It would be good to have something like a check box to say "all day" which will automatically set the leave time as 8 hours. Just like creating calendar events in any calendar software. Thanks!

    It would be convenient if you could zoom out to get more users in the overview page view (where everything just gets smaller and less space in between)

    This field is not included in the export feature, which we will be using for monthly reporting Also is it possible to track what changes are made to this field?

  15. Pre-enter an end date (with automatic actions!)

    It would be great to be able to 'pre-archive' a user. When some says they are leaving, if the user could be updated with a future end date, and their leave adjusted (perhaps manually) to reflect the days they have left, with the calendar greyed out for the dates after they leave? Then the user stays active until they leave, at which point the user is automatically archived? We've just been through a redundancy process so had a number of leavers to process at different points depending on their notice period, and the ability to do it all one go would've been great! Also, if when the user is then archived, if all departments and custom approvers could be automatically removed (and the ability to have no selection for either) that would be fantastic!
