  1. Monthly accounting accruals

    Monthly accrual accounts. It would be great if a custom filter (for ex January to April) would be available on the overview page. This filter should allow to see the holidays status at a certain moment in time and calculate the accrual value for the holiday left that the company would have to pay in a future. For example, Mark has 20 days holidays + 3 service day, he booked 7 days at the end of May. Accounts department has to see in April: Mark 20+3 days left, meanwhile if Accounts looks at the calendar at the end of May should see 13+3.

  3. Representative Eligibility Setting for Absence Types

    Add a toggle in the Absence Type Settings called β€œRepresentative-eligible.” When enabled, employees with this leave type (e.g. Home Office, Business Trip) remain available as representatives. When disabled, they’re treated as unavailable (e.g. Vacation, Sick Leave). This logic would also respect the existing Representative Requirement settings for each leave type.

  4. Enhance AD Sync Security with SCIM System for Cross-domain Identity Management

    To enhance Absentify data security in Manager Sync and Team & ExtraID sync. In stead just open up read all, which can expose all AD attributes that Absentify don't needs. Also a potential security concern for both Absentify and Absentify's customer. Please plan to implement SCIM System for Cross-domain Identity Management. Which can able to protect both Absentify and customer to filter only necessary attribute can pass thru. Eliminate another security concern. Please put this in your planned roadmap

    Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

    Hallo, wir mΓΆchten als Verbesserungsvorschlag einbringen, dass Krankheitstage bestehende Urlaubstage "ΓΌberschreiben" und nicht erst der komplette Urlaub storniert und wieder korrigiert neu eingetragen werden muss. Dieses erleicht die Administration ungemein.

    It'd be great to have an option to filter by abscence type in the mainview. Should be accessible for admins and approvers.

  10. Leave types (without allowances) assigned to departments

    Currently, if a leave type is assigned to an allowance, only people with that allowance can see that leave type, which is good. It would also be great to be able to assign leave types without allowances to departments, so that only those departments could see them. This would reduce the number of leave types a user can select and only show the relevant options.

  11. Fast on/off filtering/displaying only a specific type of an absence in overview

    To have an option within the overview to display only choosen type of an absence would be nice (by dropdown menu or tags,...).

  12. Add filters to see a specific time frame

    We pay staff weekly and use Absentify to reconcile leave in payroll. I would like to be able to filter so I can just see the week I am working on please.

  13. Staff appointments by time for Doctors/School meetings/Dentist/Vet etc

    We have staff who will be OOO for School meetings, Doctors appointments etc and we need to be able to monitor how much time and what reasons there are to help plan for cover. Currently, only able to take 1/2 day at a time but these appointments might only be 1 hour, so effectively a timeslot would be helpful, linking into the Shared outlook Calendar. Also would allow for control of what reasons are being used or abused.

  14. Personalization of (e-mail) notifications

    Every employee (including the manager!) should be able to set individually whether each notification (e.g. that vacation has been approved or that vacation has to be released or cancelled) comes as a separate email or collectively once a day at a self-defined time (or via chatbot in Teams).

  15. Permission to access other user's calendars can be adjusted by department

    "The calendar view displays a user's absences for an entire year, similar to the 'My calendar' feature in the main menu. With this option disabled, only the user, their manager/approver and the administrator will have access to the user's calendar." - This toggle under Privacy & Permissions can only be changed for the entire organization. Would it be possible to adjust this by department instead?
