It will be nice if can print the annual calendar of each user separately, perhaps as a pdf file.

Really need a function where you can print out (pdf?) all absences for a period, eg week or month.

In the overview, it would be great to be able to sort (for example : sorting people by their last names instead of their first names, by the number of holidays remaining or based on their positions) and filter people (to select manually only some people of the team, the ones with a similar position for example). Thank you

Currently, I cannot change a user's name or email address (e.g. due to marriage).

We are a holding with two companies and in these companies we have different departments, plus sales peoples with given sales region. We like to be able to set a strucure of Compay A/Department/Sales Region for example. But the Microsoft Office 365 is based on tenant only, therefore I can't see how to set this kind of structure even with the Business Plan and the given Departments Add-on.

Show not just one week, but also the complete year (as an option) in the overview tab for all users. Each month as a separate column - no need to show single days - within the monthly column each week could be another column. Keep users in rows as is now.

All users shall be able to cancel their pending vacation request. The reason is, that the user could have made an mistake for the request and wants to correct it.

It would be good to create a way when absences that have not yet been approved could still be edited or absences that have already been approved could be edited and automatically lead to a new approval request

Restrict certain leave types being requested by users and only allowed to be put in by managers/admins. For example, sick

I have, on multiple occasions, taken the latter part of the afternoon off, after my scheduled lunch break and we have out of office integration set up. It appears that the setting to start sending out of offices notices is based on earliest time leaving (lunch time) and ending at the latest end time (which is appropriate). However, this causes some confusion during the time I am still in the office: between the end of lunch and the early leave. Example: Lunch Set from 12- 12:30 Leave Request: 3PM - until end of day Out office is set to send out notices that I have left at 12 and would not return until the next day. I would like to see the integration pick up that there is a gap that I am in the office and not show that I am out until the 'latest' entry for the day.

Allow another user type between a normal user and admin that allows people to cancel their upcoming holidays without approval and set their schedules but not give access to their time off balances. Or simply allow some toggle buttons for the type of restrictions on each user.

Could we amend admin rights to allow department leaders to view the colleagues within their team so they can see their team annual leave but not everyone else. Currently, any assigned admin can see everyone. This would allow them to manage their team with a better view.

We have some staff that work a 9 day fortnight, with every other Friday off work. Is it possible to have this as an option in the working schedule setup? Or alternatively have an option for a recurring leave day and then set the recurrence, i.e. every other Friday, every first Monday, etc. similar to the recurrence options within Microsoft?

Our company shuts down fully over Christmas every year. It would be useful to have a custom 'public holiday' add on that we can add to all users leave sheets. i.e. this year we are closed from Wed 24th to Wed 31st December 2025, therefore everyone in the company needs to have an additional 4 days deducted from their leave allowance. Is this possible?

There should be an option to select a monthly allowance type instead of just yearly, with carry-forward setting if unused.
