I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

Would like to be able to create a series of an appointment/s like Outlook allows us to.

It would be great for employees to be able to log extra hours works (i.e. on weekends or evenings) and for that to accumulate towards half days or full days off in lieu. Currently we can book TOIL but there is no log of how much TOIL has been accrued.

Hello Team, for us Home Office is not a real absence but necassary to show for each employee in the overview. For that it would be nice to have a different sign like a little spot in the corner or a colored line on a day in the calandar view (instead of an icon and a full colored square). So the Home Office days would be shown different from the other absence reasons. At the end Home Office is a little differrent to other leave rules. Same thoughts maybe for standby or on-call-services as a special kind of presence shown in the overview.

we close our office the days between Christmas and and New Years day. We manually add these dates, but we have to add them for each and every year.

Some user photos from MS365 are not appearing in the Absentify.

Some employees are requesting leave for just a few hours, such as for doctor’s appointments. Currently, the available options are limited to either a half day or a full day. Would it be possible to include more flexible leave duration options?

We should be able to distinguish the expiration from one department to another. For instance, on my end each department is a country and in each country expiration of holidays are different, but currently if I set up an expiration duration it applies to all department and I cannot personalized or set it up per department

Allow admins to add vacations that are already scheduled but are not part of the existing holidays for our region.

We can no more use this functionality when creating a new absence or adding a new department to a user. We have to scroll down the list to be able to select the right value. It would be more appropriate to put back the functionnality to type in the letter that will directly go to the appropriate value. ex: typing W to go directly to the leave type or department that starts with W. On the user experience it will be a game changer

Able to have a dashboad that can show by department or for all, which user have no activity since 6/12/or + months

Uploading list of new users (hundreds) is a real pain when we need to change default settings that we can not set in the file. Please add other fields like : allowance visible Y/N, Approver's options, DoB, Language. Today I have to set them manually after the loading which is time consuming. If we want to include more employees, we will need better tools to do it. Thank you

It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.
