It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

Would like to be able to create a series of an appointment/s like Outlook allows us to.

When a user wants to cancel an absence, the approver must also accept or refuse the cancellation

If would be great to have a Dark Mode option... It's the in thing these days and looks cool!

Currently, I cannot change a user's name or email address (e.g. due to marriage).

In the overview, it would be great to be able to sort (for example : sorting people by their last names instead of their first names, by the number of holidays remaining or based on their positions) and filter people (to select manually only some people of the team, the ones with a similar position for example). Thank you

HR requires an excel with full visibility of leaves per day

To add my regular repetitive home office days it would really be helpful to have the possibility to add home office days serial. Helpful for everybody, who has fixed Home Office days.

clock in and clock out ability

Hello Team, for us Home Office is not a real absence but necassary to show for each employee in the overview. For that it would be nice to have a different sign like a little spot in the corner or a colored line on a day in the calandar view (instead of an icon and a full colored square). So the Home Office days would be shown different from the other absence reasons. At the end Home Office is a little differrent to other leave rules. Same thoughts maybe for standby or on-call-services as a special kind of presence shown in the overview.

It would be great to have a feature for each user to be able to clock in and out. That's the one thing that is missing for us.

We use the departments both broadly and precisley meaning that some workers appear in both, for example, they may work on the shop floor, but their also in quality. Therefore they'd be in both departments. However, this does something to the annual trend that makes it pretty innacurate: It duplicates holidays. For example, if the user above is off site of training for 5 days, which is booked off, then the annual trend insight will show that in the month of May, 10 training days were taken. Which is not true, only 5 were, but becuase the user is in 2 departments, for some reason counts the holiday for that user twice??? obviously if you filter by departments you won't get the duplication, but I don't want it to duplicate when I'm seeing the trend for all departments

Since some of the "default" Public Holidays calendars are quite inaccurate, please enhance the editing experience: Allow editing existing entries (same UI as when adding new ones) Allow specifying date ranges

In some jurisdictions the government is allowed to declare Sat and/or Sun, for example, a working day in order to "cluster" several disjointed holidays: Before: Mon is a holiday Tue is a working day Wed is a holiday Previous week's Sat can be declared a working day (producing a 6-working-days-week) and Tue can be declared non-working day instead (so now Sun-Wed is a non-breaking stream of holidays) Proposal When defining Public Hoildays, allow entering certain dates as explicitly working days (assumed to be non-working before, but may not bother checking that) In scheduling views, allowance calculation for vacations, etc. such dates will be rendered/treated as normal working days.
