Um absentify auch für weitere Planungen zu brauchen, wäre es vorteilhaft 2 verschiedene Absenzen am gleichen Tag erfassen zu können. Das geht z.B. bei Geburtstag und zusätzlich Ferien. Aber da Geburtstag nicht als Absenz erfasst wird, ist es möglich. Ich möchte Absenzen erfassen, die eigentlich keine Absenz in dem Sinne sein sollen.

It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

It would be great to have an app so that employees could easily request of through app.

Provide possibility to " plan " absences (display as " planned absence "). Or display absences that have not yet started as "planned" in the individual contingent overview.

There seems to be no way to set when time off allowances and how they move forward per person. our policy is to give vacation days based on when the person started employment. Perhaps I'm missing something, if so It's not clear how to accomplish this.

In the overview, it would be great to be able to sort (for example : sorting people by their last names instead of their first names, by the number of holidays remaining or based on their positions) and filter people (to select manually only some people of the team, the ones with a similar position for example). It would be nice to be able to approve/decline the request in the email vs having to be re-routed to webpage. Also, it would be more user-friendly for the approve/decline to have separate buttons vs selecting the 3 dots in far left corner.

Each employee should only see their calendar and not the other colleagues, except N+1

Currently, it is only possible to select one type of leave when setting up the out of office message. It would be helpful if users could select more than one leave type when updating the out of office message if the template is the same.

For governance & admin purpose, we need to export in excel all users settings / Leave types that are set in absentify for managers to check all settings linked to the users in a rapid way. It is too painful to check in absentify. Also, it is necessary to export the calendars even though there are no leaves entered. Allow to choose a time frame with start date and end date for export as we have no choice but to export the full year or 1 month This is necessary for big companies if we want to onboard more departments

It'd be great to have an option to filter by abscence type in the mainview. Should be accessible for admins and approvers.

Currently, if a leave type is assigned to an allowance, only people with that allowance can see that leave type, which is good. It would also be great to be able to assign leave types without allowances to departments, so that only those departments could see them. This would reduce the number of leave types a user can select and only show the relevant options.

"The calendar view displays a user's absences for an entire year, similar to the 'My calendar' feature in the main menu. With this option disabled, only the user, their manager/approver and the administrator will have access to the user's calendar." - This toggle under Privacy & Permissions can only be changed for the entire organization. Would it be possible to adjust this by department instead?

To have an option within the overview to display only choosen type of an absence would be nice (by dropdown menu or tags,...).

It would be great to have the possibility to grant a major manager (like CEO or HR manager) the possibility to see all users absences (like the Admin can do) without linking them to specific departments nor giving them admin rights. So they will not appear in the overview of each department, but they also cannot change settings which should be only feasible for admins.
