Right now it is only possible to enter one kind of event on one day. It would be helpful to enter two dates on one day, and that they were shown for all users For example: Someone is working remote and at the same time, there is a group meeting (for all members), which can also be done by this person remote. The calender could shown both: the absence of the person and the group meeting

Cancellation of individual days
It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

Extend carry over balance period
Dear team, in each country the law allows a carry over period of the unused holiday balance to the new year, and currently the carry over period expiration is only set to 11 months, but if I take example of our situation we should be able to implement expiration of the carry over to 5 years timeframe expiration. Support more options for maximum absence
Currently, it is only possible to specify a fixed amount of people per department that can be absent at the same time. This already helps but lacks some flexibility in certain situations. Based on our practical experiences and reaching the boundaries of the current implementation I propose to extend the capabilities of the maximum absence feature as follows: Enable automatic calculation of the maximum absence by providing a percentage and possibly also a switch to determine whether resulting odd numbers should be rounded up or down to the next integer. Why? Upon using the Microsoft Entra integration and synchronizing team changes automatically, this would simplify administration as the maximum absence would automatically update as well. At the moment, this setting has to be readjusted manually upon every change in the member count of a department.Support exclusion periods where the maximum absence rule does not kick in. Why? For example in the holiday season (24th of December to 1st January) many companies are just operating with a small percentage of the full staff. This additional setting would allow more absences than usual during that timeframe without having to manually increase the maximum absence value before the season and then again manually decreasing it afterwards.Support exclusion rules for specific absence types so these don't count towards the total absent employee count. Why? Some absences reflect longer-term unavailability like maternity protection or parental leaves. These absences are not controllable by the employer, so they cannot be taken into account beforehand. As a result, absences of specific types should not count towards the total absence count since it would automatically put a disadvantage on the remaining employees of the same department who will reach the maximum absence limit earlier than expected. maximale Abwesenheit
Beim erreichen der maximalen Abwesenheit für die Abteilung, wird eine Meldung ausgegeben und der Antrag wird nicht gestellt. Wäre es nicht sinnvoll Antrag mit diesem Hinweis trotzdem zu senden, aber auch den "Genehmiger" darauf hinzuweisen, so genannter "Antrag unter Vorbehalt wegen maximalen Abwesenheit". Es gibt auch an Weihnachten bei uns Betriebsferien, wo die maximale Abwesenheit nicht gelten soll. So könnte der Genehmiger trotz des Hinweises dem Antrag zustimmen. Es gibt ja immer Ausnahmen, deswegen sollte die maximale Abwesenheit kein Ausschlusskriterium für den Antrag sein, sondern ein Kontrollmedium bzw. -hinweis für den Genehmiger. Danke

Auslastung und Kapazitätsplanung meines Teams
Ich möchte gerne in Diagramm Ansicht und auch in der Zeitachse sehen wie mein Team ausgelastet ist. Dafür würde ich gerne die Anwesenheitszeiten von absentify und die Aufgaben im Planner zusammenführen. wichtig wäre eine Übersicht wie jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ausgelastet ist, wie viel Kapazität jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter noch zur Verfügung hat. Und wer ggf. überlastet ist. und auch ob die angegebenen Endtermine der Aufgaben eingehalten werden können. Auch eine Übersicht der Gesamten Kapazität in Abgleich mit noch nicht zugewiesenen Aufgaben und bereits zugewiesenen Aufgaben wäre sehr gut zu haben. Damit man einen Überblick erhält, ob genügend Arbeit in der Abteilung vorhanden ist. Also eine Grobauslastung mit summe Verfügbare Stunden im Vergleich zu Summe verplante Stunden und summe nicht zugewiesene Stunden. Vorzugsweise diese Anzeige auf die Kalenderwoche unterteilt.

The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them
I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.
