Would like to be able to create a series of an appointment/s like Outlook allows us to.

When a user wants to cancel an absence, the approver must also accept or refuse the cancellation

For governance & admin purpose, we need to export in excel all users settings / Leave types that are set in absentify for managers to check all settings linked to the users in a rapid way. It is too painful to check in absentify. Also, it is necessary to export the calendars even though there are no leaves entered. Allow to choose a time frame with start date and end date for export as we have no choice but to export the full year or 1 month This is necessary for big companies if we want to onboard more departments

Currently we have one pot for time off/sick/personal day & etc. We payout 5 hours each paycheck which equals to 10 hours a month. This allows new hires to not have to wait 3-6 months for them to receive PTO hours. They can use it as they earn or store it all away for a large time off/cushion for sick days/etc. It would be nice for the system to automatically add 5 hours of PTO on the 15th and 30th (or last day of the month) of each month and not have to manually add it for employees. For example: Beth starts on February 1st and has 0 PTO hours, by February 28th she now has a total of 10 PTO hours that she can use for a day off or a sick day or store it up for a longer period off.

It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

Would be useful for the HR admin to know that holiday has been booked. Either as a notification in the app or via email.

Monthly accrual accounts. It would be great if a custom filter (for ex January to April) would be available on the overview page. This filter should allow to see the holidays status at a certain moment in time and calculate the accrual value for the holiday left that the company would have to pay in a future. For example, Mark has 20 days holidays + 3 service day, he booked 7 days at the end of May. Accounts department has to see in April: Mark 20+3 days left, meanwhile if Accounts looks at the calendar at the end of May should see 13+3.

For privacy and data protection. Restrict users to see only their calendar.

It would be really nice if the calendar sync functionality had the option to also sync holiday items that have been configured in Absentify.

HR requires an excel with full visibility of leaves per day

It would be great if it was possible mark in some way work from home days so that dept and teams have visibility and data

We have found an issue this year, using absentify for the first time, that when an employee wants to request time off, but they don't have enough allowance, there is no way for them to request that holidays be taken off their next years allowance without contacting admin for admin to then manually take of allowance next year and manually add allowance to this year. It should be that if an employee is making a request that they don't have enough allowance for, there should be an alert and an option to send a request to admin for the request to go forward, but automatically take days of next years allowance. Additionally, I think it should come up on the left how many days have been taken from next years allowance, along with the different allowance types taken this year when your looking at their yearly overview calendar.

Hi, we started using Absentify to manage absence request and we also want to use it has a capacity planner. We will need to be able to add multiple entries (half or full day) in the same period. For example a user can be in an project for the day (no deduction) but also be noted that he will be on phone support (on-call duty). This possibility would be greatly appreciated.
