    Ich hätte einen Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Filterfunktion: Es wäre sehr praktisch, wenn der Filter auch in der Custom-ID suchen würde. In unsere Protokollen basiert eigentlich alles auf der Personalnummer (Custom-ID). So könnten wir direkt beim entsprechenden Member nachschauen, ohne jedes Mal zuerst den Namen zur Custom-ID heraussuchen zu müssen. Vielleicht lässt sich das relativ einfach umsetzen?

  3. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

  4. Schedule for 2 weeks or 1 month

    Currently the schedule is set for a weekly pattern. We have some people who work a 9 day fortnight, so to show this in absentify we have to at a new schedule for each week of the year, which is a pain to set up! If the schedule could have an option to set specific rules (i.e. this person is off every other Friday) or a schedule over multiple weeks that would be amazing!

  5. Create "Favorite" people that would be displayed easily

    Could you add the possibility to mark people we are working with a lot so we would see them immediately when connecting to absentify? This would be a kind of Favorites. This could be displayed as a Department "Favorite" or at the top of the list...

  6. User Schedules

    User schedules: Users should only be able to set their own schedule and should not be able to modify others It would be nice if you could view specific user's schedules - If I'm trying to schedule a meeting from the UK with someone located in the US it would be nice to see the hours they'll be working

    It would be nice to have a small color difference for the line that is my own row in the table.

  8. Today and calendar drop down

    It would be nice to have a button for "Today" next to the Absent today that would take you to the current date/day instead of having to arrow back when looking at future dates. A drop down for future months would be helpful and more user friendly in looking at scheduling time off or business trips instead of arrowing forward or backward.

  9. Printout of an employee annual calendar and the entire team in PDF or other file

    It would be great if each employee could download their own annual calendar as a PDF, including their personal vacation days. Additionally, I would like to have the option to download or print a team overview PDF that shows all employees and their vacation periods in one place. So that i could print it or send ist via mail.

  10. Sliding 30 day department calendar

    I propose an enhancement to the department calendar viewing functionality. Instead of the current fixed 30-day view (today to the same day next month, or a single full month), I suggest we implement a "sliding" or dynamic view option. This would allow users to easily advance the view by week or day, offering a more flexible and continuous look at upcoming events beyond the static 30-day window. I believe this would significantly improve planning and scheduling efficiency.

  11. Support more options for maximum absence

    Currently, it is only possible to specify a fixed amount of people per department that can be absent at the same time. This already helps but lacks some flexibility in certain situations. Based on our practical experiences and reaching the boundaries of the current implementation I propose to extend the capabilities of the maximum absence feature as follows: Enable automatic calculation of the maximum absence by providing a percentage and possibly also a switch to determine whether resulting odd numbers should be rounded up or down to the next integer. Why? Upon using the Microsoft Entra integration and synchronizing team changes automatically, this would simplify administration as the maximum absence would automatically update as well. At the moment, this setting has to be readjusted manually upon every change in the member count of a department.Support exclusion periods where the maximum absence rule does not kick in. Why? For example in the holiday season (24th of December to 1st January) many companies are just operating with a small percentage of the full staff. This additional setting would allow more absences than usual during that timeframe without having to manually increase the maximum absence value before the season and then again manually decreasing it afterwards.Support exclusion rules for specific absence types so these don't count towards the total absent employee count. Why? Some absences reflect longer-term unavailability like maternity protection or parental leaves. These absences are not controllable by the employer, so they cannot be taken into account beforehand. As a result, absences of specific types should not count towards the total absence count since it would automatically put a disadvantage on the remaining employees of the same department who will reach the maximum absence limit earlier than expected. We would love to see these additional options in the live app and are happy to support if any questions about the proposed features come up. Happy coding :)

  12. Abwesenheitspflege

    My request is that an employee from a department be able to manage the absences of the trainees in that department, without being the department head. For data protection reasons, I don't want this employee to be able to see the total absence allowances of everyone in that department or manage the absences of other trainees. Is there a solution for this?

  13. Company events on calendar

    Different to company wide absences, these would be events that can be like a company wide announcement. For example, 'Christmas Jumper Day' on the 11th of November or the Uk MacMillian Cake day for Cancer support. These would just be a visual thing but will tell people when those events are coming up. In terms of logistics: Should be able to create these within Settings, maybe in a sub section of adding Annual holidays or something. Could have a toggle for Announcement pop up; so that when turned on, a pop up appears when a use logs into Absentify and there's at least a week to go until 'x' event. (obviously with option for 'Do Not Show Again' so it doesn't pop up each time) In terms of where located on Overview page, see image, but I am thinking between the Calendar Week identifier and the day, maybe the day is highlighted to show an event is on that date. (like how you have a blue border around the Current day) and when hovered over it comes up with the name of the event (like with ordinary entries). (See image for how I think it could look, where the fire is maybe text instead for Fire Drill day)

  14. The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them

    I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

  15. Overtime and recovery hours

    Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.
