  1. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

    I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

  7. Set Allowance to move forward based on when employment starts

    There seems to be no way to set when time off allowances and how they move forward per person. our policy is to give vacation days based on when the person started employment. Perhaps I'm missing something, if so It's not clear how to accomplish this.

  8. Add Noticeboard where organisation leave rules can be posted as static content.

    A noticeboard where the rules per leave type can be loaded as static content would assist new and casual employees on what kind of absences they can take and the rules for each one. For example. if one is calling in sick - the noticeboard can have something that says notify your line manager by 9am or if one is booking sick leave for more than two days, they would know they need to bring a doctor's letter on return to duties. It can be just an additional tab on the app and the main administrator has access to update the tab.

  9. New setting: Minimum presence in a department

    The aim is to have a minimum number of people to be present in each department. The "maximum absent" function is not working on this if there is for example a department wird 3 persons, 1 working 5 days a week, 1 working on Mon and Tue and the third one working on Wed to Fri.

  10. Accrual PTO - Companies that give out time off based on time worked.

    Currently we have one pot for time off/sick/personal day & etc. We payout 5 hours each paycheck which equals to 10 hours a month. This allows new hires to not have to wait 3-6 months for them to receive PTO hours. They can use it as they earn or store it all away for a large time off/cushion for sick days/etc. It would be nice for the system to automatically add 5 hours of PTO on the 15th and 30th (or last day of the month) of each month and not have to manually add it for employees. For example: Beth starts on February 1st and has 0 PTO hours, by February 28th she now has a total of 10 PTO hours that she can use for a day off or a sick day or store it up for a longer period off.

  13. OoO replies for holiday-based "leaves"

    Allow configuring OoO settings (template(s), automatic activation) for leaves that originate from holidays in the local calendar of the user (national and local non-working days, church holidays, etc.) This could be implemented by providing (or allowing to define) a special leave type ("Calendar Holiday"?) that would be automatically activated for days marked as holidays in the calendar. NOTE: Weekends will not be considered for this feature, only explicit holidays.

  14. Template for automatic absence replies for the entire company by the administrator

    We miss the possibility for administrators to create and distribute several uniform templates for OoO for the entire company. Also the possibility to let the administrators decide that each user can create their own absences or use the template.

  15. Manager should be able to edit/cancel past absence from the team

    Not only upcoming, but also past absence should be editable for the manager. If something has changed in the past. tjhe manager should be able to update this for his/her team.
