  3. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

  4. The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them

    I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

  7. Show overlaps when a user requests leave

    If a user requests leave, his superior receives a message to accept or reject the leave. Currently, they have to check the calendar view to see whether someone else in their team is already on holiday during this period. Solution: It would be better to write directly in the approval popup that there are overlaps with other users of the team in this period.

  8. Representative Eligibility Setting for Absence Types

    Add a toggle in the Absence Type Settings called β€œRepresentative-eligible.” When enabled, employees with this leave type (e.g. Home Office, Business Trip) remain available as representatives. When disabled, they’re treated as unavailable (e.g. Vacation, Sick Leave). This logic would also respect the existing Representative Requirement settings for each leave type.

  11. Calculate remaining hours upon termination employment

    It would be really welcome if there is a function that if someone is ending the employment that there is a calculation of hours remaining upon termination. For instance someone would get yearly 150 hours and their Employment end date is end of October it should calculate that it was 125 hours.

  12. The indicator on the doorbell icon in the header is not really visible

    Currently, when there is something to do as a manager, you are notified by email, which is good, and there is also an identifier with the number for example β€œ3” in the top right corner next to the bell icon (in the header), but at least in dark mode, it is currently virtually invisible. I would display this as a red circle with white text, for example, so that it is easier to see that you have something to do or that there are notifications.

    When a user wants to cancel an absence, the approver must also accept or refuse the cancellation
