Would like to have the option to select a monthly allowance type instead of just yearly. We utilize work from home days booked on a monthly basis that are use or lose instead of having a yearly provision to have staff better spread them out over the course of the year. We are unable to do so with the existing options.

When the approver receives a time off request, it would be handy to see who else already has that time off when they open the request.

Would like to be able to create a series of an appointment/s like Outlook allows us to.

A noticeboard where the rules per leave type can be loaded as static content would assist new and casual employees on what kind of absences they can take and the rules for each one. For example. if one is calling in sick - the noticeboard can have something that says notify your line manager by 9am or if one is booking sick leave for more than two days, they would know they need to bring a doctor's letter on return to duties. It can be just an additional tab on the app and the main administrator has access to update the tab.

The public holiday icon shoud be customizable, just as the leave types are. The current color is too similar to the weekends. It's not so clear.

Get a daily message who is absent from the team. You do not have to start absentify. You are informed directly in the morning.

Now, if an employee sets a vacation for 14 days, 10 days are deducted from his allowance (only weekdays). I would like to be able to change to calendar days.

Why there is calender before start date and after end date for every employee. Why leaves can be marked before he was even joined! Same problem is there after end date! Dates must be grayed out beyond employee's tenure and must not be accesible! It's hard to identify as well when someone have joined and left unless i check it in settings as an admin.

In some exceptional cases, employees request to move a holiday to a different date. It would be great to have this feature to be ale to manage this inside absentify instead of by email.

Was just thinking that it could be better/more intuitive if there was a button (tick box) or some filter symbol that controlled whether you see 'Absent Today' or 'All'. Reason for this would be because then you could filter by department ASWELL as by Absent today. because I may want to see more clearly who is absent from the office, without all of the shop floor workers also being there.

Our depot crew don't have individual company or personal emails. Can we please create an Admin Managed calendar with static users, but retain all the reporting and calendar functions

It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

When a user wants to cancel an absence, the approver must also accept or refuse the cancellation
