  1. Extend carry over balance period

    Dear team, in each country the law allows a carry over period of the unused holiday balance to the new year, and currently the carry over period expiration is only set to 11 months, but if I take example of our situation we should be able to implement expiration of the carry over to 5 years timeframe expiration. Can you please consider this implementation ?

  2. Representative Eligibility Setting for Absence Types

    Add a toggle in the Absence Type Settings called β€œRepresentative-eligible.” When enabled, employees with this leave type (e.g. Home Office, Business Trip) remain available as representatives. When disabled, they’re treated as unavailable (e.g. Vacation, Sick Leave). This logic would also respect the existing Representative Requirement settings for each leave type.

  3. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

    Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

    Hallo, wir mΓΆchten als Verbesserungsvorschlag einbringen, dass Krankheitstage bestehende Urlaubstage "ΓΌberschreiben" und nicht erst der komplette Urlaub storniert und wieder korrigiert neu eingetragen werden muss. Dieses erleicht die Administration ungemein.

  7. Display Full Department Name on Overview

    The current Overview UI does not show the full department name when only 1 department is selected. Instead of hovering to the drop-down list every time, utilizing the white space to show the full department name will be a great UI/UX improvement

    The titles of absence types are not displayed in full in the overview. Could the display be extended to the right so that all details and the full name of the absence can be displayed?

  10. The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them

    I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

    Due to events in the year, it would be useful to define dates when vacations cannot be taken. It would be useful if it can be defined which type of absences cannot be taken during the blocking dates.

    Provide possibility to " plan " absences (display as " planned absence "). Or display absences that have not yet started as "planned" in the individual contingent overview.

  15. Set Allowance to move forward based on when employment starts

    There seems to be no way to set when time off allowances and how they move forward per person. our policy is to give vacation days based on when the person started employment. Perhaps I'm missing something, if so It's not clear how to accomplish this.
