clock in and clock out ability

It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

Would like to be able to create a series of an appointment/s like Outlook allows us to.

When a user wants to cancel an absence, the approver must also accept or refuse the cancellation

It would be great to have a feature for each user to be able to clock in and out. That's the one thing that is missing for us.

Hello Team, for us Home Office is not a real absence but necassary to show for each employee in the overview. For that it would be nice to have a different sign like a little spot in the corner or a colored line on a day in the calandar view (instead of an icon and a full colored square). So the Home Office days would be shown different from the other absence reasons. At the end Home Office is a little differrent to other leave rules. Same thoughts maybe for standby or on-call-services as a special kind of presence shown in the overview.

Vacation days can be removed in Absentify. This is not reflected in the teams calendar yet. The entry that was created for that day still remains.

Within overview, currently you have the 2 arrows that allow you to scroll through the months. Was wondering if you could upgrade this by allowing a dropdown of months for quick selection. Maybe if clicked on the dates, it brings a dropdown of months (Would only need them as names) which I can then select. Could even maybe select 2 consecutive months, which would give a zoomed out version of outlook. This would make looking through overview quicker. It's a bit of a pain right now to have keep spamming a small arrow to get to December.

Users in the same department can see other's absences in the same department and if there is long list of users in the same department their own will be seen on any number of page according to the alphabetic order. I was looking for the system where no user could see other's absences in the same department. Only one users should be visible with balances and availed.

Every Year, the whole company has closed for several days (e.g., Christmas vacation) I would be very nice when the admin / manager can define these holiday for the complete company or his department. Of course, these days has to be subtracted from the holiday contingent of each staff member.

I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

Receive a daily or weekly email notification of who is absent.

For example, if you're booking time off as a sick day, you can include a photo of a doctor's note. 🤢 Only admin and the manager can see this attachment.
