  2. Schedule "quick view" in Overview

    It would be amazing if in the overview I could hover over an employees day and be able to see what their hours are for that particular day. It would helpful in being able to gauge who is online (especially as a business which runs purely remotely) for those who aren't administrators or managers what hours people will be working for that day :)

  3. The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them

    I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

  4. Cancellation of individual days

    It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

  5. Overtime and recovery hours

    Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

    Provide possibility to " plan " absences (display as " planned absence "). Or display absences that have not yet started as "planned" in the individual contingent overview.

    It would be great to have an app so that employees could easily request of through app.

  8. Full size overview

    With many people it would be easier to get an overview when I can push a button "full view" or similar. There is too much space above and between the persons. So it would be great, if I could choose between an normal and condensated view.

  9. Add Noticeboard where organisation leave rules can be posted as static content.

    A noticeboard where the rules per leave type can be loaded as static content would assist new and casual employees on what kind of absences they can take and the rules for each one. For example. if one is calling in sick - the noticeboard can have something that says notify your line manager by 9am or if one is booking sick leave for more than two days, they would know they need to bring a doctor's letter on return to duties. It can be just an additional tab on the app and the main administrator has access to update the tab.

  10. Be able to define sub-departments and be able to filters on them

    We are a holding with two companies and in these companies we have different departments, plus sales peoples with given sales region. We like to be able to set a strucure of Compay A/Department/Sales Region for example. But the Microsoft Office 365 is based on tenant only, therefore I can't see how to set this kind of structure even with the Business Plan and the given Departments Add-on.

  11. Accruing time off in lieu

    It would be great for employees to be able to log extra hours works (i.e. on weekends or evenings) and for that to accumulate towards half days or full days off in lieu. Currently we can book TOIL but there is no log of how much TOIL has been accrued.

  12. Business Hours per Departments

    I think it's necessary to be able to set Business Hours per department. Not all departments work the same business hours i.e. 9-5. Some departments may start earlier and/or end earlier. This is adjustable through a User's work hours but this is simply a work around. Updating this for every user is time consuming - not an effective use of time at all.

  13. All-Day option (8 hours) when creating a requst.

    We have a few leave types with different duration units (Days, Half days, 15 minutes). When creating a full-day absent request with a leave type that has a unit of 15 minutes (or half days), the user has to manually select the start time and end time to add up to 8 hours. It would be good to have something like a check box to say "all day" which will automatically set the leave time as 8 hours. Just like creating calendar events in any calendar software. Thanks!

  14. Ability to treat weekends as working days

    In some jurisdictions the government is allowed to declare Sat and/or Sun, for example, a working day in order to "cluster" several disjointed holidays: Before: Mon is a holiday Tue is a working day Wed is a holiday Previous week's Sat can be declared a working day (producing a 6-working-days-week) and Tue can be declared non-working day instead (so now Sun-Wed is a non-breaking stream of holidays) Proposal When defining Public Hoildays, allow entering certain dates as explicitly working days (assumed to be non-working before, but may not bother checking that) In scheduling views, allowance calculation for vacations, etc. such dates will be rendered/treated as normal working days.

  15. More information on mouse-over

    In the overview tab as well as in the personal yearly calender we would appreciate to see more information while gliding with the mouse over a certain date. Today you only see the absent category. It should show the hours (in case of hourly category) as well as the remarks of the absence. like that you easily see all nescessary details without clicking on the date. We use that feature for expample for business trips and like that you could immediately see the customer's name that is written in the comments.
