Allow overtime to be added in a separate counter and then the emplyees can subtract the recup hours from this.

Having a simple "Out of Office" or "Lunch" time slot that doesn't require blocking out half a day on the calendar would be nice.

Absentify is currently very difficult to use with a screen reader. Many buttons and interactive elements are unlabeled, and in some places meaningful text (for example, days with activity) is replaced by unlabeled icons. As a result, it is almost impossible to perform tasks other than creating a basic request. Implementing proper ARIA labels, accessible names for buttons and icons, semantic HTML, and consistent keyboard navigation would significantly improve usability for visually impaired users and help Absentify meet common accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

Due to events in the year, it would be useful to define dates when vacations cannot be taken. It would be useful if it can be defined which type of absences cannot be taken during the blocking dates.

It would be great to have an app so that employees could easily request of through app.

Provide possibility to " plan " absences (display as " planned absence "). Or display absences that have not yet started as "planned" in the individual contingent overview.

It will be nice if can print the annual calendar of each user separately, perhaps as a pdf file.

There seems to be no way to set when time off allowances and how they move forward per person. our policy is to give vacation days based on when the person started employment. Perhaps I'm missing something, if so It's not clear how to accomplish this.

User request for holiday should not change their allowance balance until the request is approved. plus the icon should be a pending request icon which changes to an approved request icon help the user visually see if their request has been approved - they may miss the email.

Would be good if the reason for absence was shown when you hover over an absence in the calendar for Admins.

I think the user should have the choice of, in their team calendar, to: Fully display the birthday (day / month / year) Only the date part (day / month) Do not display it at all

It would be great to have the possibility to grant a major manager (like CEO or HR manager) the possibility to see all users absences (like the Admin can do) without linking them to specific departments nor giving them admin rights. So they will not appear in the overview of each department, but they also cannot change settings which should be only feasible for admins.

Um absentify auch für weitere Planungen zu brauchen, wäre es vorteilhaft 2 verschiedene Absenzen am gleichen Tag erfassen zu können. Das geht z.B. bei Geburtstag und zusätzlich Ferien. Aber da Geburtstag nicht als Absenz erfasst wird, ist es möglich. Ich möchte Absenzen erfassen, die eigentlich keine Absenz in dem Sinne sein sollen.
