Overlapping events/absences
Right now it is only possible to enter one kind of event on one day. It would be helpful to enter two dates on one day, and that they were shown for all users For example: Someone is working remote and at the same time, there is a group meeting (for all members), which can also be done by this person remote. The calender could shown both: the absence of the person and the group meeting

Cancellation of individual days
It should be possible to cancel individual days of vacation (instead of just the whole vacation). This should also be possible for managers and admins for past holidays. One implementation idea would be to be able to choose between the entire vacation and individual days when canceling vacation, and then select these specifically.

Create "Favorite" people that would be displayed easily
Could you add the possibility to mark people we are working with a lot so we would see them immediately when connecting to absentify? This would be a kind of Favorites. This could be displayed as a Department "Favorite" or at the top of the list...

Most-used absence types to appear at the top
It would be great to have the last absence types we used appearing at the top. So far, I only use 3 types but I have to scroll each time to find them. Thank you

"Secretary" Role
We nee a User Role that is able to adjust abscences for Employees without beeing part of a department. We have like 6 departments that are handled by one person and she has to be part of every department at the moment to do that.

Automatic approval and rejection of requests after a certain period of time
Currently, there are internal regulations whereby requests are automatically considered approved after a certain period of time if the supervisor has not responded. Alternatively, requests can also be automatically rejected by the system after a certain period of time. Could we please have this option?

The ability to change your absence markings without cancelling them
I would like to see an option to change your absence markings without cancelling them. I.e. when you try to change (shift) your vacation, you have to cancel the whole thing and start over.

Blockoutdates
Due to events in the year, it would be useful to define dates when vacations cannot be taken. It would be useful if it can be defined which type of absences cannot be taken during the blocking dates.

Planned absence
Provide possibility to " plan " absences (display as " planned absence "). Or display absences that have not yet started as "planned" in the individual contingent overview.

Full size overview
With many people it would be easier to get an overview when I can push a button "full view" or similar. There is too much space above and between the persons. So it would be great, if I could choose between an normal and condensated view.

Shared Calendar
A single calendar view like 'My Calendar' but it shows absences from a custom set of employees so you can see at a glance who is off when and dont have to go into each individual calendar

User areas
On a big organization you not only have departments but also areas inside de departments with their area managers. For example for IT we have Custom apps, governance, cybersecurity etc.. Also we are using Absentify with finance, they have suppliers, accounting etc. Its difficult to manage and navigate between holidays now because we had to create a lot of departments. It will be really helpful to have another level of group management Thanks
